China to China It takes 3 to 7 days to get products delivered within China or highest delivery time can be 7 days and minimum delivery date can be 3 days to ship around China. SX Service It takes 12 days to ship products from China to Nepal by land. It takes 3 days to ship products from China to Nepal by air. Note: Shipping by air is very expensive and not recommended and do not save customers money but shipping is fast. DX service It takes around 20 days to ship products from China to Nepal to ship by land. It takes around 4 to 7 days to ship productsfrom China to Nepal by air. Shipping and Delivery

Returns, Refunds

No, you cannot cancel the order once it is done.
ll manufacturer and supplier in China do not have return policy. If the manufacturer have return policy it willbe mention in your invoice as (return policy: Yes/No) If yes then item have return policy and if no item have no return policy. Returning time and date will be mention in the invoice.The shipping cost will be paid by customer unto the factory if the product are in good condition and still have to return to factory owner or manufacturer.Returned products must be complete (all parts & pieces) and in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping charges. If you return one of these products, outbound shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
