We have received the last item, that is the clock. We noticed that the battery is a common one and can be easily removed with the help of a screw driver. Would you consider not including the battery to give you better shipping option? I’ve attached photos of the clock battery here.

We are just checking with the supplier if the clock has magnet in it as some carrier has restrictions with magnets. Do you have any idea if the clock has a magnet? In the meantime, here are our shipping options given the clock has no battery and has no magnet.
a. China Post Small Parcel – 25.79 USD (13 to 15 working days)
b. HK DHL – 73.54 USD (6 to 8 working days)

please remove battery and magnet and again send me shipping charge, shipping charge should not be more than 2$ or 3$ as per depex vhrge u send me which was according to weight, so please check and let me know again shipping charge. the price you send me is too much.
Shipping fee via DPEX cannot be less than $2 or $3 as the first 500g is already $12.04. This doesn’t even include the rate for each additional 500g yet. Please see attached screenshot. I’ve also attached DPEX pricing here again for your convenience.

I’ve also attached here a screenshot of the shipping option comparison using DPEX, China Post, and Direct Link I sent you previously when you asked for a clarification with the rates. The weight on that comparison table is for a 1,000g package. As you can see, none of them even went close to $3. The cheapest of which was via China Post at $15+. Where did you get the $2 to $3 only?

I thought you already understood the pricing after that email exchange. Please let me know if the pricing is still unclear at this point. We don’t want our clients having unnecessary surprises during shipments that’s why it is very IMPORTANT that you understand the shipping rates. We also don’t want you having unnecessary trouble with your customers as well because of incorrect shipping rates!

This table is just the same as I sent you previously. The only difference is the presence of the shipping fee. So the total bill for these purchases and shipment is $86.55. Would you still want to ship them out to Nepal?

Should you decide not to send them to Nepal, you will only need to pay the rest of the costs in the table, as I sent you previously to which you agreed. The cost is $60.76.

Also, are you looking for shipping fee of only $2 to Nepal? Unfortunately, that is not possible. The shipping cost within China is already $1.32 for a kilogram package. With that, would you still be interested in shipping with us? I’m afraid we won’t be a good fit with the $2 shipping rate you are after.

Hello Raj,

The carriers will not ship branded goods as the goods will also not pass the customs. The goods will be confiscated and the amount you spent on purchasing the goods, buying service fee, shipping fee, pick and pack fee, will all turned to loss as the package will just be confiscated.

Hello Raj,

Thanks for understanding. I’d like to add that branded goods will be confiscated because such goods can only be sold and shipped by authorized dealers in specific regions. If you’re not an authorized dealer of a brand, then you cannot legally ship any of their goods. And customs is very strict right now.

Should you still want to try and the goods got confiscated or lost, there will be no reimbursement or compensation. Also, you need to tell us what the products are before sending us. We cannot buy any branded goods on your be10%.

i have got a order for this product from alibaba.com, product price is 930$ and local shipping cost is 116$ total becomes 1064$.

so what is the service fee now!!

10%(product price+local shipping)= 106.4$

or 100$ buying service fee because it is order more than 1000$.
